How and where can I change my password on the site?

To change your password on the site, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.
  • Click on Account Settings.
  • In the Password section, click on Update in the top right corner.
  • You will be asked to enter a new password and confirm it.
  • Click Save Changes to change your password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Log in, and then click on Forgot your password? Once you have provided the requested information, click on Reset your password.

How do I earn points?

Present your My Toyota membership card at a participating dealer and earn 10 points for each dollar spent, before taxes, on Toyota parts and service. Points are valid at all participating dealers.

How can I use my points?

You can redeem your points for savings when you service your vehicle or when you purchase a new or used Toyota.

Where can I get a card?

Create a virtual card by joining the My Toyota Program.

To obtain a physical copy of your card, visit a participating Toyota dealer.

How can I update my profile?

To update your profile, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.
  • Click on Account Settings.
  • Make your changes for each section one by one. Click on Update in the top right corner of the section. Make your changes, then click on Save Changes.

I have more than one car. Do I need a My Toyota card for each one?

No, you can register up to four vehicles on the same card. To add or edit entries, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.
  • Click on Account Settings.
  • Make your changes for each vehicle one by one. Click on Update in the top right corner of the section. Make your changes, then click on Save Changes.

What should I do if I lose my card?

Visit a participating dealer to get a new card. Your dealer will be able to transfer your points and your profile to your new card.

I forgot to show my membership card during my last transaction. Can I still earn the points?

Of course! Simply send a copy of your bill to info@matoyota.ca and include your card number, your first and last name, and your telephone number. Customer service will then adjust your points. Please allow 30 days for the points to appear on your balance.
